I did my cleanse (Liver Parasite and Metal). Mainly to detox my body from parasites. Joanne's place is beautiful, I immediately felt relaxed, also nervous but so ready to take on my conveyor belt of troubles. Joanne cleansed the mushrooms and then did some breathe work, and then I said my intention. It was such a lovely space, i relaxed and dealt with my childhood trauma. Joanne would always come at the right time, we had some beautiful conversations. I was so grateful it was her as she has such wisdom and love and I felt really safe. I knew as I talked through the week with Jo that I would be in good hands with her and it was. I felt well taken care of with delicious soups and smoothies the first few days and tailored Micro dosing. Also the guidance of the enemas. I experienced Jo as a mother who took care of me for 6 days so that I could surrender to the processes and the detox.
The 2nd part of the detox, were the 2 journeys .Those were life changing experiences for me. I had never done anything like this before.
I was very curious how all this would integrate after the 6 days. It is now over 2 weeks later, and it has definitely changed elements in me for the good. I feel lighter and more grounded, I also feel that I have my voice back and a kind of playfulness. I am very grateful for these experiences and care and guidance from Jo. During this cleansing days I was feeling surprisingly amazing! Very light in my body, strong and fit, and clear in a head. Like very healthy woman! I didn't feel hungry at all! Juices and smoothies were very tasty and powerful. I notice that I experienced some new perspectives on myself and my life. Also enemas I find amazing! I really enjoyed them and could feel that every time it's make me more free and light, even kind of energy boost. I felt so safe and loved in this healing session.
