Welcome to the Retreat Centre

We are nestled in amongst the mountain range and thick forests of Serra de Monchique. 20 minutes from the old historical town of Monchique, with many surrounding lakes river beaches to be enjoyed, the day before your departure.
You find, only the sound of the birds singing, the wind whispering, trees talking, and the small stream bouncing in the winter months. Enveloped by the majestic mountain tops and beautiful surrounding gardens, to be in deep silence and contemplation, enjoying the light the sun rays of the Algarvian sunshine.
With plenty of time to deepen into relaxation and contemplation. On your deep transformative Cleanse/Detox. You are greatly served and taken care of, both physical and emotionally.
This will be your home to enjoy for the duration of you Cleanse, in your own private bedroom with full bathroom very close. Enjoy the gentle mountain walks to the quite river side, or the blasting fire in the chilly winter evenings or the air-con may it be too warm.
